<p>Fourth Annual Heirloom Tomato Dinner<br />Thursday, August 25th, 2011<br />Reception at 7:00PM<br />Chef's Reception with Pink Tomato Sangria<br />Sent Sovi Tomato Classics:<br />Gazpacho, Raw and Baked with Lavender<br />Fried Green Tomato with North African Spiced Sausage,<br />Green Tomato Relish and Corn<br />Tomato-Mint Espuma<br />Parisienne Gnocchi with 24 Hour Tomato Ragout,<br />Crispy Prosciutto and Old Cheeses<br />Candied Tomato and Roquefort Cheese Profiteroles<br />with Caramel Balsamic Gelato<br />Dinner will be paired with appropriate wines<br />$125 per person plus tax and standard gratuity.<br />RSVP and prepayment are required.
