<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Do you want to learn how to taste wine like Sommeliers do? If so, then join us for Wine Tasting Basics. In this class, you will be taught a four-step approach to wine tasting (See, Sniff, Sip, Sense). You will also be given an introduction of how to identify various wines in a blind tasting.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Instructor:  Ilyse Pender, our Wine Club Coordinator, is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine. She is a graduate of the Sommelier Program at the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell and is working on her Diploma from the London-based Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Ilyse’s approachable teaching style guarantees that the classes will be educational <strong>and </strong>fun.</span></p>
