The Rhone Rangers will ride into the San Francisco Bay Area for our annual Celebration of American Rhone Wines, March 27 & 28, 2015. The Winemaker Dinner on Friday night, March 27 will kick off the weekend, on the San Francisco side of the Bay, at The Golden Gate Club in the Presidio. Then, join us across the bay on Saturday March 28, at the Craneway Pavilion & Conference Center for our seminar series and Grand Tasting. Tickets are on sale now. Join us for a magical evening hosted by Rhone Rangers winemakers. Catering by The Girl & The Fig. The evening begins with a walk-around wine tasting reception with passed appetizers. Then, join us in the Dining Room for a three-course meal. There are two entree options: Crispy Duck Confit or for Vegetarians, Black Pepper, Fontina & Wild Mushroom Arancini. Later in the evening we will conduct a live auction of wine (including large formats and verticals) and one-of-a-kind wine country "experiences" hosted by our member wineries. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will go to the Rhone Rangers Scholarship Fund and The James Beard Foundation. TICKETS, $150.
The winemaker dinner features 15 wineries with a three course meal catered by Girl and the Fig, followed by a live auction. Come join us at this stunning venue, the Golden Gate Club, overlooking the San Francisco Bay & the Golden Gate Bridge. This event is 21-and-over-only; no minors will be admitted. Government-issued photo IDs will be checked at the door.
