Wine Lovers,
Stop in for a for a wine tasting with appetizers before you go out for the evening. Enjoy some of our award winning artisan wines, Chef Justin's delicious food and live music by Joachim Nordensson. This is a stand up reception style event with recommended wine pairings and is open to members and non-members. Passed appetizers will be served until 7:30 pm. Guests do NOT need to arrive at right at 6:00 pm. Reservations are required.

Chips and Dips: Corn tortilla chips served with fresh made guacamole, red and green salsas, as well as a ceviche of white fish.
Mini Tostadas: Bite size tortilla crisps topped with mashed black beans, sour cream, and salsa
Sweet corn cakes: Sweet rounds of baked masa and corn kernels
Green salad with chayote, jicama, and a light vinaigrette
Carne asada: A traditional preparation of skirt steak with citrus, herbs, and spices.
Pollo Verde: Braised chicken with a mild green chile.
Carnitas: Slow braised pork, served fork tender.
