The Arts and Wine Fest celebrates the arts, crafts, food, and regional wines of the Tri-City area. 

The festival will open with "Welcome to Union City" highlighting the unique history of the Old Alvarado District.There will be a full day of entertainment and family activities including: display of vintage cars; live music; dance performers and demonstrations.  Groups participating include AES Ballet Folklorico, Pagmamalaki Pilipino Folk Dancing, NativSun and TruDance to name a few.  Additionally a main performance by popular Bay Area bands Herman & Latin Expressions, Native Elements & Mas Mojo will take place!
