Owners, Alexander and Sarah Hult collaborated with 2007 Michelin Star recipient, Chef Michael Ellis, to create Hult’s Restaurant.
In addition to a seasonal al a carte menu, the “Hult’s Experience” offers themed tasting menus titled: Land, Air, Water & Earth. These unique themes offer Red Meat (Land), Poultry (Air), Fish (Water) and Vegetarian (Earth) three course meals, made from the freshest seasonal ingredients.
Pair your meal with a wide variety of wine flights from our Californian boutique wines, authentic French Champagnes or specialty craft beers.
